Our Story

I'm Jai and I am a lover of all things fashion and accessories. I am an HR Specialist by day, a Wife to an amazing Husband and a Mom to the most amazing son ever! In between juggling those three, I am also a digital designer, lapel pin maker and an OG Sneaker Head! Born and raised in Chicago, I currently reside between Chicago and Miami. ELC Essentials was born out of pure necessity on going on a hunt for small, essential, everyday accessories that make life a bit easier and brighter. I am an avid supporter of all women. ELC Essentials is a woman influenced business that strives to demonstrate the strengths of women as inspiration for all my designs. My designs are simple but will always be an ode to "the culture." I hope you enjoy our designs just as we enjoy making them - especially when we try to always keep you in mind when creating our designs and collections.
